This immersive two-hour experience, led by Chef Isaac Kumi, is designed for enthusiasts of all levels. Places are limited.


Explore the basics of Italian cuisine

The first part of the Masterclass will equip you with the theoretical knowledge that underpins Italian cuisine. Through a series of interesting topics, you will learn about:


> Achieving the perfect "al dente" pasta texture;
> Selecting the right cheese: Parmigiano Reggiano or Grana Padano;
> Choosing between fresh and peeled tomatoes in recipes;
> Discovering the different uses of basil and parsley;
> Understanding the ideal uses for olive oil and butter;


Turning theory into practice

The second part of the masterclass offers a practical opportunity to put your new knowledge to the test. Join Chef Isaac Kumi in the kitchen and create incredible Italian dishes together.

To take part in this experience, we provide the following: A notebook and pen to write down the main concepts and ideas; Food tasting with the offer of a glass of Sublime wine;
